In each large city it is necessary to choose just several heated hangars or barracks with lavatories and shower rooms and to provide them with doss-beds where destitute could get warm, stay overnight, but, mainly, could put their clothes in order and wash up to get out of stench and dirt and then look for work.

The Fund is open for co-operation and for all constructive proposals of citizens and organizations concerned.
